Question: Where is my License ID?

| Answer: The license ID and password for the software is located in one of three places.
1. On a Retail Copy that came in an Amry DVD case (I.E. purchased from a store like BestBuy), the license information is located on the inside of the case the software came in. (Look in the lower right hand, inside corner of the software packaging. The license ID and password are located on a white sticker there.)
2. On a Retail Copy that came in an retail box (I.E. purchased from a store like Frye's, CompUSA, etc.), the license information is located on the white paper CD sleeve that the software was wrapped in originally. The license ID and password are located on a white sticker there.)
3. On a downloaded copy or software acquired directly from icopydvds2.com, the license information is on the confirmation Email that was sent to the Email address provided during purchase process.
