Question: How do I reinstall ICopyDVD's2 if necessary?

| Answer: Please perform the following steps:
1. Go toControl Panel(CP), Add/Remove Programs Uninstall
2. Under C:\Program Files, delete the ICopyDVDs2 folder
3. Check your Device Mgr to see if the Pat Couffin engine was uninstalled.
4. Empty your recycle bin
5. Reboot
6. Run an ASPI check
7. Reboot twice to ensure that the information is cleared, even from temporary cache
8. Disable Anti-Virus & Firewall
9. Reinstall your software from CD
(Please note that you may have to contact technical support for a license unlock)
10. Try to backup a movie |
