Question: How can I be sure that the burning engine is properly installed?

| Answer: The 2 quickest ways to determine this are:
1) Check in your operating system's Device Manager to see if there is a heading marked "VSO Devices." This is the heading which will indicate whether the burning engine is installed properly.
2) Navigate to "My Computer." Under C:\Program Files\ICopyDVDs2, there will be an icon called "PCSETUP." Double click this icon. This program is the burning engine installation and configuration tool.
Once active, click on the plus next to "Patin-Couffin driver. This will show you a list of available drives that the engine sees. If your DVD burner is shown, you should be ready to go.
