| Answer: If you receive an activation error code 200 during registration, it may mean that our server is indicating that an activation was attempted with a license ID assigned to a different product. It may also mean that you have a piece of software installed and/or running on your system that is inhibiting proper activation of our software (i.e anti-virus, firewall or pop-up blocker software). Please ensure that any such software is disabled during our activation process or contact our technical support staff for aid.
