Question: Why are no drives displayed in my Drive Select list?

| Answer: If there are no drives displayed in your Drive Select list:
· Make sure that your DVD burner is connected into your computer.
· Ensure that you are using the proper media format(s) supported by your burner.
· Ensure that your burning engine was properly installed (Please refer to the information on this shown elsewhere in the FAQ) and re-install the software properly (if necessary).
· After any potentially necessary re-installation, if you still do not see any drives listed in drive select, please contact Technical Support for further aid.
