The second most common cause for the program to freeze is new copy protection mechanisms. Such protections are included by the manufacturer in order to prevent piracy. Please be aware that I Copy DVDs 2 is not designed to circumvent copy protection technology.

Your third party software is unable to accurately read and archive the DVD you are attempting to back up. We recommend that you wait until your third party software is updated to a higher version before attempting to back up this particular DVD movie.
