Question:  Setting Movies Options
[Email To a Friend]
Answer:  Media Studio allows you to control the video quality, audio quality and the resolution/aspect ratio of movies before converting them. To achieve a full screen picture, it is important to select the right (or best) aspect ratio for your video. Either 4:3 for normal aspect videos or 16:9 for widescreen aspect videos. If you have a smaller Memory Stick or wish to fit more movies onto your Memory Stick, you may wish to lower the video and/or audio quality of converted movies. If you would like to achieve a better picture or clearer audio, you may wish to raise the afore-mentioned quality settings. To change the video quality, audio quality or resolution/aspect ratio: • Launch Media Studio and switch to the Movies section. • Click the "Options..." button. • Adjust the options as you would prefer. • Click the "Close" button. Movies converted after making these changes will have the changes applied to them. Note that you can also see the estimated file size in MB (Megabytes) per hour for a specific quality setting in the Options window.
