Question: My PSP is not detected by Media Studio

| Answer: Your PSP not being detected is usually a result of one of the following:
- You are not entering USB Mode on the PSP using the System menu.
- You have not formatted the Memory Stick using the PSP's System menu.
- Your USB sync cable is connected to a non-functioning or incompatible USB port.
To put the PSP into USB Mode:
• Turn on your PSP and exit any game currently running using the "HOME" button.
• From the PSP menus, switch to the "System" menu.
• Select the "USB Mode" option.
To format your Memory Stick:
• Turn on your PSP and exit any game currently running using the "HOME" button.
• From the PSP menus, switch to the "System" menu.
• Select the "System Settings" sub menu.
• Select "Format Memory Stick".
