Answer:  Whether to use digitized music files to make an Audio CD, or to make a data CD... WMA, WAV, or MP3 files are compressed audio files. These files can only be played on a PC or special players. When you drag and drop these files in the Music BOX, you can create an Audio CD and play the CD on a PC, a portable CD/RADIO Tuner Boombox, a Bookshelf & Compact Systems or a Home CD player. When recording WMA and MP3 files using Music BOX, Drag'n Drop CD+DVD automatically converts WMA and MP3 files into the normal audio CD format that home CD players can play. Normal audio CDs are in an uncompressed RAW audio format. A CD can hold 74 minutes or 79 minutes of music depending on the blank size. If the WMA or MP3 files are recorded as DATA files, one CD can hold about 8 hours of music depending on the compression ratio. (If you intend to play on PCs or WMA/MP3 players, there may be some restrictions on CD-ROM formats, file systems, etc. Please confirm with the dealer of the player. In such cases, when you drag and drop these files in the Data BOX not the Music BOX.
