| Answer: Drag'n Drop CD+DVD can be started as an application.
It can be started by selecting [Start] -> [All programs] -> [Drag'n Drop CD+DVD4] -> [Drag'n Drop CD+DVD4]. This manual method overrides the delayed resident function and forces the application to launch.
