Question: Why do I sometimes receive a "Breakpoint Exception" error when using ICopyDVDs2? [Email To a Friend] |
| Answer: This is usually a message received from Dr Watson for Windows. This is a Microsoft debugging tool that runs in the background of Windows 2K/XP.
The error in question normally arises from a program attempting to access memory that is either restricted by programs such as anti-viruses and firewalls or in use by another program.
Please look at your system environment to see what might be running in the background/installed that may be using up memory. DVD burning is fairly memory intensive due to the large amounts of data in play and must have reasonably unfettered access to main system memory.
