Question: Why does the copy button stay grey at the start of Step 2?

| Answer: This condition can be attributed to one of three conditions: 1) Software - a potentially conflicting program installed and or running in the background on your system inteferring with the proper operation of our software. (Please see our list of potential conflicting programs elsewhere on this site for aid with this). 2) Potentially, you may not be using the proper format of media supported by your drive. Please ensure that your drive supports the format of media in use. 3) Your DVDRW drive's firmware may not be recognizing and validating your blank media due to changes in the media core. This may require an upgrade to the drive's firmware. Please consult your drive's manufacturer for potential firmware upgrades. |
